Refund & Return Policy


We understand that sometimes an item may not be all that you had hoped for.  If you would like to return an item, kindly contact us within 72 hours of delivery.  All refunds will be applied to the original payment method used when ordering. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer care team at and we will reply with instructions for your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:

1) Name

2) Email (used when order was placed)

3) Order #

4) Reason for return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Faulty Apparel Returns

Mistakes happen on occasion.  If an item is faulty(***), we are deeply sorry. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will be happy to make it right.  This may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect item.

***Faulty apparel is defined as products with holes, stains, manufacturing defects, prints that are crooked or off-center, wrong size, color, or design.  Please check your apparel PRIOR to washing as we will not accept items that have been laundered.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Don’t see your refund yet? We recommend first checking your bank account again.

If it’s still not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at and we will be happy to get it straightened out.

Sale items

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we do not offer returns or refunds for sale items.


With the exception of faulty items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
